Our Rules

1. Must not be older than eighteen years of age.

2. Club will only allow up to thirty members at one time.

3. New members not fishing with regular member must attend one meeting prior to fishing his/her first club tmt. and fill out club information.

4. Club membership is $30 per year.

5. Entry fee is $10 per tournament and $5 for the big fish pot.

6. Kill switches must be worn by boat captain when big motor is being used.

7. Weigh fish before boat is taken out unless specified otherwise morning of tournament.

8. 12" minimum size limit (or lake limit if larger) - five fish per tournament toward standings.

9. Club will award trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd places and big fish. Only money awarded will be the BIG fish pot. Places are based on individual weight. Trophies will be awarded at meeting following tournament.

10. Life jackets must be worn by anglers and boat captains when big motor is running.

11. If you launch your boat the day of the tournament, you will be expected to pay any necessary launch fees.


12. Guests can fish one time only per year without becoming a member of the club. Members may fish club tournaments with other jr. club members or guest of his/her choice. Guest must fish with member and member's boat captain.

13. No locking through.

14. All fish must be brought to scales in weigh-in bags.

15. Must be back at launch at official quitting time or be disqualified.

16. Members are responsible for mailing their own entry forms/health forms to the State Youth Directors for entry into the State Tournaments.

17. Will fish site of tournament nominated and decided at meeting.

18. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES while fishing or serving as boat captain during tournament hours or at weigh-in.

19. Club meetings are on the first Monday night of each month, unless told otherwise, at 6 pm at the Fayette Community Center.

20. Any and all protest concerning tournament must be made in writing at tournament weigh-in to the Senior Advisor or designated person(s) in charge.

21. Boat captains will have their own side pot for $5 ea. and be allowed to weigh in one fish. Boat captains shall not give fish they caught to any jr. club member.

22. Angler of the Year will be awarded based on results from club tournaments in December at club's Christmas party.

23. If you cannot attend club meetings, it is your responsibility to find out what was discussed.

24. Must fish one club tournament to be elgible to compete in a State tournament.

25. Must fish three club tournaments and attend three club meetings to be eligible to fish the club's Classic.
